There is a large selection of resorts for families, groups, couples and singles, and the cost can be very reasonable. How to choose an All-Inclusive Resort

Pacific or Gulf Coast
Puerto Vallarta and the Cabo San Lucas area are on the Pacific side, while Cancun/Riviera Maya is on the Caribbean side of Mexico. Whichever you choose, a wonderful trip awaits you. Mexico provides the largest and most varied collections of the all inclusive resorts. From luxurious to budget, large to small, family orientated to couples-only, the choices are endless and compatible with all budgets.

Gulf Coast
Cancun/Riviera Maya offers the unique combination of great beach vacations as well as excellent shopping, with many tours to historic ruins. Cancun/Riviera Maya has something for everybody, and the excellent air service makes it easy to get there. Cancun and the small island of Cozumel offer a number of smaller all inclusive resorts. The resorts provide some of the best snorkeling and diving in the entire Caribbean.
Pacific Coast
The Pacific side offers a slightly different experience. Puerto Vallarta, as well as the newer area just north called Riviera Nayarit, offer a number of all-inclusive resorts as well as a number of upscale resorts that are not all inclusive. Water sports, shopping, golf and a jungle experience are all available for those looking for more than just a beach.

The Cabo area includes three different districts: Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos and San Jose del Cabo. All three not only offer all inclusive resorts, but also some of the most highly-rated resorts in the world. Sightseeing, shopping, golfing and dining are the prominent activities in the area. Even though the beaches and views are gorgeous, most beaches are not swimmable due to a heavy undertow. If you are looking for a high-end resort, Cabo has much to offer.
