For the second year in a row we have an international trip to play the Saints in Paris. The interest in this has exceeded last year’s Ireland trip so note the following information:
We have less availability than last year so I urge you to make a decision and pay your deposit ASAP. Due to the economic climate airfares are running 40-50% higher than last year. Also, Paris and London hotels are much more expensive than in Ireland.
You must have a passport valid for 6 months after the trip. For those doing the London extension you will have to do a British ETA online. We will send you instructions later. Football tickets will be sent to your e-mail to download to your phone 1-3 days prior to the game. We will let you know what ticket app to have on your phone. Due to limited space at each hotel we may have to add another hotel which will be of similar quality.
To travel domestically you must have a Real ID license or a passport.
Tampa – October 15-19, 2026:
Always one of our most popular trips. We will be staying in St. Pete Beach at the Tradewinds Resort. We will have a tailgate at the stadium and note we have a limited amount of 2nd level football tickets available.
Nashville – January 2-5, 2027:
Start your new year off with a bang in Music City. There is so much to do, there won’t be a boring moment. We only have 40 spots so don’t delay.

GENERAL TOUR CONDITIONS
RESPONSIBILITY – CIE Tours and Sports Travel Tours are the principal tour operators and are responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered as stated expressly within the tour offer brochure. However, as to all services furnished, including air transportation and/or ground transportation, restaurants, hotel accommodations, in the absence of negligence on their part, CIE Tours and Sports Travel Tours, it’s associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, each and all responsibilities or liability of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to property and/or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during a tour under CIE Tours and Sports Travel Tours’ management, operation, procurement, including associated agents, representatives and/or vouchers for services as provided are issued subject to the foregoing and any conditions under which that service is provided.
CIE Tours and Sports Travel Tours and/or it’s associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, reserve the right to change dates, times, itineraries, and rates when such changes are necessary by circumstances beyond control of the foregoing CIE Tours and Sports Travel Tours and/or its associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, reserve the right to withdraw a tour portion thereof, or to refuse to accept or retain any person as members of a tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary whenever conditions warrant, or deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of all participating passengers. In event of a reduction or increase in the services provided, a pro-rated refund or additional charge will be made from/to the tour participant.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT – Final payment due 90 days before departure. If full payment is not received 90 days before departure, reservations will be cancelled. If reservation is made less then 90 days before departure, full payment must be made at time of reservation. Make checks payable to Shadyside Travel Agency.
CANCELLATION FEES – A full refund will be made to every passenger if for any reason the tour operator cancels the tour. When cancellation, transfer of trip or change of departure date is made by the passenger prior to commencement of the tour, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellation prior to 90 days, $500.00 a person.
- Cancellation 90 days or less, no refund, unless cancelled seat is resold and trip departs completely full, at which time only the $100.00 per person administration cost would apply.
A tour participant shall have no right to receive a full or partial refund in the event that the tour participant deviates from the tour itinerary or does not utilize the air transportation, ground transportation or other services included in the applicable tour price.
INSURANCE – Trip, health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is available. Details will be furnished by Shadyside Travel Agency upon request.
TARIFFS: Prices quoted are based on current tariff and rates of exchange and are subject to change prior to flight departure. Forwarding of your deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
