Domestic Travel Policies
Shadyside Travel Agency is the principal tour operator and is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered as stated expressly within the tour offer brochure. However, as to all services furnished, including air transportation and/or ground transportation, restaurants, hotel accommodations, in the absence of negligence on their part, Shadyside Travel Agency, its associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, each and all responsibilities or liability of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to property and/or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during a tour under Shadyside Travel Agency’s management, operation, procurement, including associated agents, representatives and/or vouchers for services as provided are issued subject to the foregoing and any conditions under which that service is provided.
Shadyside Travel Agency and/or its associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, reserve the right to change dates, times, itineraries, and rates when such changes are necessary by circumstances beyond control of the foregoing Shadyside Travel Agency and/or its associated agents, representatives, and/or sponsoring organizations, reserve the right to withdraw a tour portion thereof, or to refuse to accept or retain any person as members of a tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary whenever conditions warrant, or deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of all participating passengers. In event of a reduction or increase in the services provided, a pro-rated refund or additional charge will be made from/to the tour participant.
Reservations and Deposit
Final payment due 60 days before departure. If full payment is not received 60 days before departure, reservations will be cancelled. If reservation is made less than 60 days before departure, full payment must be made at time of reservation. Makes payable to Shadyside Travel Agency.
A full refund will be made to every passenger if for any reason the tour operator cancels the tour. When cancellation, transfer of trip or change of departure date is made by the passenger prior to commencement of the tour, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellation prior to 60 days, $300 a person
- Cancellation 60 days or less, no refund, unless cancelled seat is resold and trip departs completely full, at which time only the $100 per person administration cost would apply.
A tour participant shall have no right to receive a full or partial refund in the event that the tour participant deviates from the tour itinerary or does not utilize the air transportation, ground transportation or other services included in the applicable tour price.
Trip, health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is available. Details will be furnished by Shadyside Travel Agency upon request.
Prices quoted are based on current tariff and rates of exchange and are subject to change prior to flight departure. Forwarding of your deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
General Disclaimer Statement
Shadyside Travel Agency acts only in the capacity of an agent for the various suppliers of travel services listed on your travel documents and itinerary. Your travel agent is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident , delay or inconvenience caused by any supplier or any party not under its control. Your acceptance of travel documents your understanding and agreement to this.
International Travel Policies
Reservations and Deposit
A $500 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation within 5 business days.
If the tour is cancelled by us or the tour operator for any reason, with the exception of the game being cancelled by the NFL, a full refund will be applicable. If the game is cancelled by the NFL any refunds will be applicable to airline tariffs and our hotel contract. If you choose to cancel after your deposit, a cancellation penalty will apply.
Trip, health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Details will be furnished by us upon request.
This is a must. You will be denied boarding if you do not have one, and it should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay.
Please be aware that most European hotels offer accommodations that are a bit small compared to U.S. standards, thus there will be a limited number of triples available and no quads. All hotels will be in the 4-star range and have been chosen for their central location.
There will be a limited number of upgraded football tickets available.
Please note that there are a limited number of seats for each trip option. Don’t delay sending your deposit. You don’t want to get shut out on this once in a lifetime trip.
Please be aware that the current prices could increase or decrease based upon changes in currency rates, airline taxes, fuel charges, or the cost of football tickets. Deposits are not refundable due to any increases and there is a 4% charge for credit card usage.
